Each service includes all rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens in your home. We dust all accessible surfaces, vacuum and mop all floors, sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, and handle all the details. Question 2: Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all! Most of our clients aren’t home during their cleaning. You can leave a key in a lockbox, provide a door code, or leave it with a doorman. Our team is fully insured and background-checked, so your home is in safe hands. Just let us know your preferred access method when you book.
Question 3: What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?
We guarantee your satisfaction with our 200% guarantee. If anything isn’t perfect, simply contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean those areas at no charge. If you’re still not satisfied after the re-clean, your next cleaning is free. Your happiness is our priority.
