Move cleaning is our most thorough service and is priced at 2x our standard cleaning rate. This reflects the extra time required to clean an empty unit properly — no furniture to work around, but significantly more detail work in kitchens, bathrooms, and hard-toreach areas. Your price is calculated based on square footage, bedrooms, and bathrooms. You’ll receive an instant, upfront quote — no surprises.

Question 4: Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

We securely authorize your payment when you book online, but we don’t charge your card until after your cleaning is complete. This way, you only pay once you’re satisfied with the results. We accept all major credit cards through our secure booking system.

Move-out cleaning is specifically scoped for vacant units being handed back to a landlord or prepared for a new occupant. It follows a similar checklist to a deep clean but also includes things like inside all cabinets, wall spot-cleaning, and extra attention to the kitchen and bathrooms. It’s priced at 2x standard rate vs. 1.5x for a deep clean, reflecting the additional scope.

Question 7: Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all! Most of our clients aren’t home during their cleaning. You can leave a key in a lockbox, provide a door code, or leave it with a doorman. Our team is fully insured and background-checked, so your home is in safe hands. Just let us know your preferred access method when you book.

Question 8: What if I'm not satisfied with the cleaning?

We guarantee your satisfaction with our 200% guarantee. If anything isn’t perfect, simply contact us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean those areas at no charge. If you’re still not satisfied after the re-clean, your next cleaning is free. Your happiness is our priority.
